Our Story
Mind the Mat is a unique Pilates and yoga studio founded by a physical therapist and a massage therapist whose goal is to provide quality instruction with a focus on individual needs. We offer general and specialized group classes in yoga, Pilates and dance in a warm and welcoming environment.
Our curriculum is as diverse as our instructors' backgrounds. Whether you are new to Pilates and/or yoga, an avid student, recovering from an injury, pregnant, or striving to improve your golf swing, we have the class for you.
