Mommy & Tot/Preschooler Yoga: 

For ages 1-5 years.  Get in shape Moms, while the kids play!  Class will be divided into three parts.  The first part of class will be stretching with the moms and kids.  The second part will be just the moms doing yoga (boot camp style).  It's a wonderful work out!  Just enough to get your heart rate up while toning muscles and improving flexibility.  Meanwhile, the kids will play with the assisting instructor.  The third part will be a short meditation for all.  Moms will have the space, time and guidance which will allow them to find inner balance and equanimity in this unique class. 

All levels welcome.  No experience necessary.
