Yoga I: 

A perfect class for the new yoga student. This class is a potent blend of many styles of Yoga designed to strengthen the body and calm the mind. Class includes Pranayama, Asanas and deep relaxation.

Yoga I/II: 

This class will combine fast paced, yoga vinyasas as well as holding basic and intermediate poses for a longer time than in Yoga I.  Proper alignment will be a priority. Some knowledge of yoga and basic poses is helpful.

Yoga II/III: 

Intermediate and advanced level asanas and inversions.  Pranayama, energy flow and relaxation integrated into 75-minute class.  Important to have an understanding of proper body alignment and awareness.
