Kids Yoga supports your child's good health, radiance and happiness. Classes follow a flexible structure based on the age, interest, and ability of the child.  In these classes, children are given the tools for building self-confidence, inner awareness, well-coordinated bodies, and focused minds through strengthening their mind/body/spirit connection.  These classes are for every child, whether or not they have ever done yoga before
