    Move to our prenatal and after baby programs whenever, wherever. A subscription to FitClinic offers tailored Pilates and yoga programs for pregnancy, labor preparation, and recovery. You can also use it to compliment in person classes at MtM.

  • Weekly Prenatal Yoga Drop-In Classes

    Use your Monthly Unlimited Membership, New Client Package, Class Package, or Drop-In Class to attend Prenatal Yoga classes with highly trained instructors that focus on health during pregnancy as well as preparation for labor and delivery.

  • Prenatal 6-Week Series

    Mind the Mat’s specialized prenatal Pilates & yoga series are created and supervised by Mind the Mat owners, Megan Brown, DPT and Sara VanderGoot, Birth Doula, CMT, e-RYT 500 and e-PRYT. These series focus on health during pregnancy as well as preparation for labor and delivery.

    Mommy & Me classes are first and foremost for you, but also a fun way to bond with your baby, and meet other new moms. Exercises are tailored to be safe and functional for your post-pregnancy body and will teach you customizations to use in other classes.

  • After Baby Core & Pelvic Floor 6-Week Series

    Mind the Mat’s post-pregnancy series are created and supervised by Mind the Mat owners, Megan Brown, DPT and Sara VanderGoot, Birth Doula, CMT, e-RYT 500 and e-PRYT. These series are designed for you to strengthen your core and pelvic floor in a safe and functional way after having a baby.

Please Note: It is not recommended that prenatal clients take regular Pilates or yoga classes in their second and third trimesters. Prenatal Pilates and Prenatal Yoga classes at Mind the Mat are designed specifically for pregnant women to prepare for labor and delivery and to move safely and optimally during pregnancy. The exception are the evening gentle yoga classes which are great during pregnancy!

Please bring your own mat and sealable water bottle. Mind the Mat does not provide any mats. Please disinfect any props used at the studio before and after class.
